Will my power be cut off when I switch?

No, unless your current supplier disconnects you as you haven't paid them. Switching to us simply involves the transfer of information. Your equipment and energy supply will remain exactly the same.

Does it cost anything to switch to Wigan Warriors Energy?

No, you can switch to us free of charge, unless your property doesn't have an electricity and/or gas supply. If this is the case we’ll advise you of the costs in advance. Your current supplier may charge you an exit fee if you switch before the end of your contract.

What do I do if there’s a problem with my switch?

If you have any questions about your switch, just give us a call on 0800 048 0535*. Our customer services team are always happy to help. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm.

How do I pay for my energy?

With Wigan Warriors Energy, you’ll pay by Monthly Fixed Direct Debits (MFDD), so you know where you stand when budgeting. However, you can also pay for the energy you use each month with a Monthly Variable Direct Debit (MVDD) which is available on request.
